Turning the airplane mode on
This step needs you to be fast on your fingers to unsend the iMessage. You can access the airplane mode from either the settings or the control center.
This however depends on the iPhone model you are using. If you are using an iPhone X or the later models, swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen.

From there you will be able to locate the airplane mode icon, press it as fast as you can while the blue progress bar is loading. Make sure you do it before it gets to the end.
